Join Dr Soma Glick for this fascinating 1-day workshop in Ubud, Bali

This 1-day introductory course will introduce you to a new, yet ancient, way of understanding and enhancing health. By following this course You will be Empowered and have a more universal perspective of your relationship with your self, your environment, and the tools that you can use to keep your mind and body healthy and vibrant.
The course covers the basic principles of Holistic Oriental Medicine, Taoist and Vedic philosophical and spiritual thought, including:
• Qi (energy) • Jing (essence) • Shen (spirit) • The 5 elements • Yin/Yang •
Through the practice you will learn about:

How inter-connectedness of phenomena works (nothing exists in and of itself and nothing is separate from the whole)

The fundamental laws that govern this universe, as well as our physical bodies, thoughts, feelings, desires and aversions

What keeps the universe in order/balance (the cyclic patterns of creation and destruction of the 5 elements)

9:00 – 9:30am: QI-GATHERING CONSCIOUS MOVEMENTS
9:30 – 9:45 am: MORNING REFRESHMENT
9:45 – 12:30 am: Lecture
12:30 – 2:00 pm: Lunch
2:00 – 3:30 pm: Forum questions and open discussions of class and concepts
3:30 -4:00 pm: Afternoon refreshments
4:00 – 5:30 pm: Integrative and introspective time: role-play exercises, meditations, visualizations, guided or in silence.
5:30 pm: End of Class
